Not to be confused with the Rose of Kingston Handicap at Warwick Farm, the Flemington Race held on Turnbull Stakes Day is for 4 year old mares over 1400 metres. Rose of Kingston won including the 1981 Champagne Stakes, VRC Oaks and the AJC Derby.
