Golden Slipper Betting and Odds

The 2010 Golden Slipper odds are favoring Military Rose at $3.50 and Crystal Lily at $5.50. It’s over in a flash this race and the start is crucial so I look at the barrier draws – which is why I’m going for Bright Expectations. Why? I like the barrier draw despite the top weight. And my outsider place bet is Decision Time.

6This years 2010 Blue Diamond Stakes betting odds might be favouring Beneteau which is heavily backed at $3.40 but I think it’s a stretch to compare thorse to Alinghi (who can forget how that slingshot of a horse bolted home from last in the Golden Slipper 4-5 years ago!).

In my opinion, the 2010 Blue Diamond Stakes winning tip at the best betting odds Group 1 horserace is Crystal Lily who has a great barrier draw and with a strong bounce from the barrier will be able to come home strongly.

My best bet for the 2010 Blue Diamond Stakes at best odds is Psychologist. With a name like that, you have to back it for a place!
