AFL Grand Final Betting Repeat at same Odds?

Thursday, September 30th, 2010

The ink is finally dry!

The ink is dry Dwayne Swan’s arm – the Brownlow medal – and finally on two possible outcomes for the Sunday papers, no more drawn grand finals this week.  Dwayne Swan will be especially pleased after failing to win “Charlie” and a lack luster performance last week. Betting still sees Collingwood ahead, as favorites over St Kilda, with almost the same odds on offer as not much has changed in a week. Collingwood still can’t kick goals and St Kilda still can’t finish off a match. So who do we bet on this week? AFL in LIVE betting looking the winner. Have fun on the repeat and bet LIVE all game for the best outcome. If betting sees Collingwood jump ahead in the first two quarters then you know what to expect from St Kilda – much the same as last week.

Who will come out on top?

Grand Final AFL Betting

Red or Black? Betting would suggest you have a better chance than a casino roulette wheel as there is no 50/50 in this match up! A long AFL betting season comes to a close after 184 games in 2010.  With red hot favorites  Collingwood holding the majority of bets in the final AFL betting game of the year, it’s time to make a few dollars before the cricket season crawls on to our television screens. Last year’s loss will only do so much for the Saints to go one better, as they seem to be out matched in every department. Betting live on Collingwood to win, in what ever market goes up could be very profitable.  Sure it’s been 20 years between drinks but the Saints don’t seem to have the x factor needed to see any serious bets go their way.

Collingwood anialated raining premier Geelong by 41 points last week, and damage of that magnitude always comes in pairs! The Pies wreaked havoc on the Cats to lead at one stage by 81 points only to shut up shop and prepare themselves for the game that matters.  Despite winning just one of their last five encounters against the Saints AFL betting sees them head in to the game at $1.43 with the saints still marching a distant $2.85 behind.

Norm Smith Medal ALF Betting

You may wish to add Alan Didak ($11.00) from Collingwood to win the Norm Smith, who was best on field in their round 16 clash with St Kilda.

Bye Bye Barry. A last look at the bulldogs this year.

Will any watch the other game? I talking about the Western Bulldogs verses St Kilda? There might be a new record set for television viewing in the Geelong verses Collingwood match. St Kilda will romp home at betting will be tough but LIVE in match betting should keep some fans happy and the odds worth while. The Saints are $1.22 and if at any point after the first bounce they go above that price then jump on it. The other match is too close to call and there may be less than a dozen points at the end of the fourth quarter. LIVE in match betting will be more fun and more on the edge of your seat viewing for this big one!

AFL Betting Odds – Brisbane Lions V Carlton

Friday, April 2nd, 2010

The Brisbane Lions take on Carlton at the Gabba at 7.40pm
 Friday night!

The biggest margin in the last five clashes between these two sides was 33 points, so the smart AFL betting option would be to back Brisbane Lion to win by 1-39, which is offering $2.25.

The betting odds are Carlton will head into this Thursday blockbuster fancying their chances of securing the four premiership points given that they have won three of their past four clashes against Brisbane with two of those wins coming at the Gabba. However, with skipper Chris Judd still sidelined due to suspension the Blues face an uphill task to win the all-important midfield battle against a Lions’ on-ball division that boasts plenty of class. Expect Brisbane’s on-ball brigade – led by Simon Black, Jared Brennan and young gun – to win more of the contested football and provide their twin towers in skipper Jonathan Brown and Brendan Fevola – who will be desperate to perform well against his old side – with ample quality supply.
